What is Cuscino?
Cuscino is a small home décor business that hand-makes custom pillows and small furniture. Cuscino also allows you to customize and design your own accent pillows and stools without breaking your budget. Your custom order will be handcrafted right here in the US and will ship to you in just 2 to 4 weeks. All in stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Ca$h App, and US cash payments. Send Ca$h App payments to $Cuscinoc1
Is there someone at Cuscino I can talk to to help me pick a fabric or design?
Yes. You can schedule an appointment for a consultation. Due to COVID-19, we are not able to make in-person home visits at this time. However, we are more than happy to meet with you via Skype, FaceTime, Google Hangout, or Zoom to see your house and rooms virtually.
Are all of your pillows stuffed with PolyFil?
No. Although most of our pre-made pillows are PolyFill stuffed, you can custom design your pillow to have a pillow insert. We offer standard poly fiber pillow inserts, and a premium down insert. If you see a pre-made pillow you like, but wish to have it with an insert, just use our Create Your Custom Design tool.
Can I add accessories to my custom pillow or stool?
Yes. Our standard list of accessories include invisible zippers, envelope openings, tufting, fabric buttons, piping, flanged edges, fringe, furniture tacks, and tassels. You can request or provide other items that are not our standard stock accessory items (there may be an additional cost).
Do you offer embroidery, vinyl, or other direct to print services.
We currently offer heat transfer vinyl (HTV). We will be offering the remaining listed services soon. Please join our mailing list to be notified when these services are offered.
Do you make pillow covers?
Yes. You can request a pillow cover(s) only. Just use our Create Your Custom Design tool. You can select from our in stock fabrics or provide your own.
Can you make sizes not shown online?
Yes. You will need to schedule a consultation to discuss the size, price, materials, etc.
What if I already have my fabric? Can I provide my own material?
Absolutely! You can mail your fabric to us, or if you are local, we can arrange for a pick up. You will receive a materials discount. (discount amount will vary depending on the actual order of the item)
Do you sell fabric?
No. We do not sell fabric by the yard. At this time, our supply of in-stock fabrics are only for the items we make. However, we are considering expanding to become a fabric and accessories supplier in the near future.
What do you sell besides pillows?
At this time, we also sell fleece throw blankets, custom facemasks, and pillow keychains. We currently offer small upholstery services within a 50 mile radius of the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. Stay tuned because we will soon offer our line of kid’s beanbags, beanbag chairs, curtains, vanity stools, and bed benches!
Are you a minority owned business?
Yes. We are a Latino and Black owned small business. Se habla Espanol.
Can I break up a set of pillows?
No. Unfortunately, the list price is discounted based on a set. The cost of the pillows will increase if the set is broken. Unless advertised separately or indicated in the description, you will have to place an order for your desired pillow(s) using our Create Your Custom Design tool.
Do you have gift cards or coupons?
Yes, we offer coupons. To receive our exclusive discounts, you will need to join our mailing list.
At currently do not offer gift cards.
Do you offer free shipping?
No. We can arrange local delivery/pick up. All other orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Your custom order will be handcrafted right here in the US and will ship to you in just 2 to 4 weeks. This varies, depending on if all materials are in stock or have to be ordered. All in stock items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days. Actual delivery timeframe is subject to the shipping carrier.
From where are my items shipped?
We ship from the state of Maryland.
Do you have a brick and mortar store where we can shop in-person?
Not at this time. We are currently online sales only. We occasionally do local “pop-ups”, flea markets, trade shows, and private vending events.
Are you hiring?
At this time, we are not hiring, but may be looking for interns and/or apprentices in the future.
